I’m a Creative Operations leader who builds structure around creative and product teams. My work centers on designing scalable workflow systems, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and translating ambiguous ideas into executable plans.

I began my career in hands-on production, leading hundreds of digital initiatives for enterprise tech partners including LinkedIn and Google. Over time, I evolved from creative execution into operational leadership — building intake frameworks, standardizing production systems, and improving throughput across high-volume environments.

At FYLM Media, I operate as a Creative Producer & Operations Lead, partnering with designers, developers, marketers, and executives to deliver structured, measurable outcomes. I focus on workflow architecture, resource planning, documentation rigor, and process optimization — reducing turnaround times, increasing delivery reliability, and enabling teams to operate with clarity.

I’ve also worked in regulated environments, leading FINRA-compliant campaign workflows and maintaining structured approval and documentation standards across legal and compliance stakeholders. This experience strengthened my ability to balance creative agility with operational discipline.

My leadership style is calm, structured, and systems-driven. I protect creative teams from chaos by building predictable operating rhythms, clean communication loops, and transparent reporting systems. I’m particularly drawn to embedded roles where I can support design and product teams in delivering work at scale.
